BELGIAN SHEEP DOG SOCIETY

The Belgian Sheep Dog Society, hereinafter referred to as BSDS, is constituted as a non-profit association.

The BSDS is an associated member in Belgium of the International Sheep Dog Society (ISDS).

• It provides the ISDS with all information concerning the community and the activities of Border Collies in Belgium.

• It is the official contact point and representative in Belgium for access to information and the administration of ISDS Border Collies.

The BSDS promotes the learning, practice, and development of sheepdog handling as a sport at regional, national, and international levels.

• It organizes selection trials for international competitions in which a Belgian delegation may participate.

• It organizes the Belgian Championship for the various categories.

The BSDS represents individuals involved in sheepdog handling in dealings with third parties, both nationally and internationally.

The BSDS is a member of the Continental Sheepdog Society and acts as the official representative for Belgium.
