FSB (vzw) Objectives:

The Federation Sheepdog-handling Belgium is a non-profit organization created and registered under Belgian law and wants to unite all Belgian handlers and handling clubs in a common, national platform in order to:

• promote sheepdog handling as a rural activity
• improve the information and communication among handlers and between handlers and organizers of sheepdog trials and related activities
• create a democratic forum for all handlers to have their say in the organizational aspects of their activities
• raise the number and quality of the sheepdog trials in Belgium
• raise the level of handling in Belgium
• develop a generally accepted set of rules rewarding the right skills in dogs and handlers
• further the continuity in the sport by promoting activities for beginners and experienced handlers
• support the organizers of sheepdog trials by offering efficient promotion and information channels
• guarantee that all dogs, whatever pedigree papers they carry, can take part in trials and other activities
